To cancel your reservation, simply send an e-mail to admin@galinasbedandbreakfast with a request to do so.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Apartment: you may cancel up to ONE WEEK prior to your scheduled arrival.
Bed and Breakfast: TWO WEEKS prior to your arrival.
Custom or thematic tour: ONE MONTH prior to your arrival.
Visa services are NOT REFUNDABLE.
Your $150.00 deposit will be subtracted from the amount of your final bill. This initial deposit is FULLY REFUNDABLE
during the time we are working on your reservation. We have adopted this policy in order to give our customers time to think it
over and ask us questions before making their final decision.
So, sleep on it, do some more research, talk it over with your friends -- whatever you need to do to make sure you are doing
the right thing. We are not worried: we know we are among the very best when it comes to delivering a great vacation!
After you have reserved the dates that you plan to stay with us by placing this deposit, we will start preparing your itinerary,
which will include your requests, the tours you have selected, etc. Our customer care representative will be readily available to
answer any questions you may have. When the draft version of this itinerary is ready, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
Our response times are as follows:
Bed and Breakfast: 1-4 business days
Thematic package: 1-4 business days
Apartment rentals: 1-3 business days
Custom tours: 5-10 business days.
Your confirmation e-mail will contain a link to a booking page. YOU WILL NEED TO LOG IN TO THIS PAGE WITHIN 5
BUSINESS DAYS. You can either accept your itinerary as is, or suggest changes. Please feel free to make as many as you'd
like.
Once again, at Galina's Bed and Breakfast we have no hidden charges, or any taxes or surcharges that are not
included in the prices we quote on our web-site. The booking page will confirm the final price, which will consist of the
prices of your package (minus $150) and of the visa package, if you have requested it (as well as related instructions). The
chance to revamp your itinerary is included in the service package.
Whether you are making any changes or not, you will need to follow the PayPal link to the final billing. PayPal accepts most
forms of payment.
IMPORTANT: If you do not respond within 5 business day, you will not be able to have your deposit refunded in
case you decide not to follow through with this reservation.
VERY IMPORTANT: If you decide you do not want to proceed with the reservation, DO NOT click the Submit button
on the booking page. INSTEAD, send a cancellation e-mail to admin@galinasbedand breakfast WITHIN 5 BUSINESS
DAYS of receiving your draft itinerary in order to receive a prompt, full refund of your deposit. (Clicking "Submit" on
the booking page files your request with our completed orders and may result in difficulties and/or delays of your refund)
The final version of your itinerary and your visa voucher usually arrive withing one week after you complete your reservation.
